The central symbol of the Thorosian Sect is their distinct, stylized sun. Their depiction of the sun shows a white circle outlined with yellow ring, sun-flaring outward.

Members of the Thorosian Sect can often be recognized by their distinctive tabards. They wear a white tabard lined in yellow trim, with their sun symbol (also called the corona) centered on the chest.

The members also carry a white-steel sword and a white-steel shield and wear golden chain mail or other similar armor.

Thorosians will never be seen wearing anything or using anything that contains the color black.

Deity
The Thorosian Sect is comprised of the male worshippers of the Sun God Pair, Soreth and Thoros. Since Thoros is the male partner of the pair, the male worshippers are dictated to worship him. Any female members of the religious order are involved in the Sorethi Sect.

Both Gods are worshipped by the Thorosians, but the male members directly follow Thoros and his wishes.

Goal
The intent of the Thorosian Sect is to rid the world of the undead and necromancers. Thoros is the God of the Sun and the God of Light. He has decreed that the walking dead and those who create them are the antithesis of the Sun, for the Sun brings life. Therefore, he has created the Thorosians to destroy all that choose to walk the path of the dark magiks.

Thorosians also have the function of spreading the word of Soreth and Thoros throughout the land of Xaria. They wish to share with all others, the understanding that Soreth and Thoros are the supreme Gods and they shine their light and life upon all the children of Xaria

Alliances
The Sorethi Sect, which is the Thorosians' female counterparts, is the only organization that is truly allied with the Thorosian Sect.
Since the Thorosian sect is known for its straightforward, honest and stalwart disciples, many other orders (who know of them) will work with them.

Enemies
The necromantic group called the Sequestrum is perhaps the most noted enemy of the Thorosian Sect. All necromancers are considered enemies by the Thorosians.

Undead, as a whole, are considered enemies whose very existence is intolerable. This is doubly so for greater undead, such as Death Knights, Mummies, Ghouls, and Liches.

Leadership

Divisions
Upon joining the Order, new members are called Neophytes. From there, they may be blessed by Thoros to raise through the ranks and become Disciple, Knight, Knight-Corona and ultimately a Knight-Solaris
